Key Checkout Policy

In an effort to help streamline the showing of properties, Central Cal Management, Inc. highly suggests prospective tenants view vacant properties when most convenient to them and not a leasing agent. Like most property management companies, Central Cal Management, Inc. allows for prospective tenants to “check out keys”. Prospective tenants are given a key to view a vacant property assuming the below safeguards are met:
  • Prospective tenant(s) checking out the key must be at least 18 Years of age.
  • Prospective tenant(s) checking out the key must have two forms of ID (Driver’s License, CA ID Card, Military Card) + Secondary ID.
  • Right and Left Thumbprint
  • CASH DEPOSIT of $40 (this is refundable when the keys are returned)
  • Keys are to be returned 1 ½ hours after checkout.

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  • Prospective tenants are to not adjust heating or A/C controls.

 

  • All lights are to be turned off prior to leaving.

 

  • All exterior doors are to be locked.

 

  • All blinds are to be closed

 

 

Keys can be checked out from the below address during the following times:

Bakersfield, CA 93301


8:30-4:00, Monday – Friday

9:00-12:00, Saturday


Central Cal Management, Inc. requires al prospective tenant to have viewed a property prior to the processing of their application. This ensures that there will be no surprises at the time of move in upon the processing of an application.
