Central Cal Management went out on a limb for me and rented me an apartment for me to call home. Paying rent and the renter’s insurance was easy online. They got ahead of Maintenance and anytime I requested something it got done right away. Everybody in the office is nice and when I moved out getting my deposit was dropped right in my bank account.
