The following items are required before the application is processed and a decision can be rendered.

If Salary/Hourly Employee (wage earner)
If Self Employed
Fixed Income Earner (based on the type of income)
Notwithstanding the foregoing policy, as part of an overall program to assist the community to combat homelessness, <5% of the overall units will be made available for various Housing Assistance Program participants.
**Under CA Law, applicants with a Government Rent Subsidy (such as Section 8 Assistance), at the applicant’s discretion, have the option to submit verifiable alternative evidence of the applicant’s reasonable ability to pay their portion of the rent in lieu of their credit history. In these instances. Central Cal Management, Inc. will require the applicant(s) provide four (4) current months of Gas and Electricity bills in the applicant’s name. The statements must reflect the payments made on time. Additional documentation or other utility bills may also be requested to help support the applicant’s ability to pay.
